Wheat Beer made from Cascade hops (grapefruit and orange rind, zesty)
The Story: South Bend was founded primarily due to its location along the swiftly flowing St Joseph River. Races, or channels, were dug on the east and west banks of the race in downtown to provide mechanical and electrical power to a variety of thriving industries. While the industries have left downtown, the legacy of the East Race lives on as an Olympic class white water rafting training facility and entertainment destination. This beer, like the Cascades of the Race, thrills with its bright, zesty flavor.
